Made-to-order items
Every item at The Muggler is printed on demand just for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong size or option, or an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout.
Damaged, defective or misprinted items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or printed incorrectly, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at admin@themuggler.com with your order number and clear photos of the problem. We will reprint your item or refund you, whichever you prefer.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows no movement or your order has not arrived within 30 days of the order date, contact us with your order number and we will look into it with our fulfillment partner.
Cancellations and changes
Orders go into production quickly. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. Once production has started, we cannot cancel or change it.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear.
